• Supporting you to navigate the NHS or private healthcare system
• Helping you identify the appropriate healthcare service to contact
• Providing guidance on what to expect during different stages of your healthcare journey
• Helping you prepare for a discussion with your GP, consultant or other healthcare professional
• Providing support if you are unsure about the next steps in your healthcare journey
